August 2004. Willow Creek improved from 10:56 to 10:38,
Gonens Bridge improved from 6:46 to 6:09,
and Cloudspine improved 2 seconds.
Redemption target time set at 9 minutes.
October 2003. Library time was improved to 3:08.
August 2003. In Myth II 1.4, Redemption was changed slightly to
fix some OOS problems. It was discovered that this change removes
the long-standing script-based time limit. It is now possible
to finish Redemption in under 11:29. Some teams have already
finished under 10 minutes.
April 2003. After 4 years of Myth II, MDQ strategies on most of the
standard solo maps have been nearly perfected. Some still have
much room to go, however, most notably Summoner. The original MDQ
time stood for years. Now the only original MDQ times still
standing are for Drinking Party, Ermine and Redemption.
(Patro's Ermine time seems perfect, and Redemption is script limited.)
March 2003. Savanarola got a lucky break with a 36 second Shiver,
edging out the 37 second achievement by Nemesis. Is 35 seconds
possible?
Taking the back way, Nemesis and Savanarola got Garrick across
Gonen's Bridge in 6:46, clearly showing the back way is fastest.
Nemesis' time of 7:22 for the standard way is still the best known
solo time.
